China Everbright Water
China Everbright Water said Friday it tapped Hu Yanguo, age 54, as chairman of the board, replacing Wang Tianyi, effective 5 October; Hu will also become an executive director, the company said.
Hu is currently an executive director and vice president of China Everbright Environment Group, the company’s controlling shareholder, and also the chairman and general manager of Everbright Environmental Protection (China), a wholly owned subsidiary of Everbright Environment, China Everbright Water said in a filing to SGX.
Wang Tianyi, age 59, will step down as non-executive director and chairman to focus on his responsibilities as chairman of China Everbright Environment Group, the filing said.
Tao Junjie, age 55, will be appointed CEO and an executive director, replacing An Xuesong, age 50, effective 5 October, the filing said. Tao will leave his role of general manager of the department of safety and environmental management at Everbright Environment on 5 October, the filing said.
An Xuesong will resign as executive director and CEO, which he took up in 2014, and will be appointed as an executive director and chief financial officer of China Everbright Environment Group, the filing said.
Envictus International said Friday it appointed Yosita Taslim this week as the liquidator for the voluntary liquidation of its dormant wholly owned Indonesian subsidiary PT Quick Services Restaurant (PTQSR).
PTQSR ceased operations in October 2019 after the disposal of all six of its Texas Chicken outlets and master franchise agreement in Indonesia, Envictus said in a filing to SGX.
Envictus International is a food and beverage company, offering trading and frozen food, including the Pok Brothers brand, food processing and dairies. The food services segment operates the Texas Chicken and San Francisco Coffee brands.
KTL Global said Friday Wong Ming Chun, age 40, has resigned as chief financial officer, effective 30 September, to pursue other career opportunities.
The company is in the process of searching for a suitable candidate for the position, KTL Global said in a filing to SGX.
KTL Global operates in sales and distribution of fresh vegetable and fruit produce in Southeast Asia. The company also provides brand management services in China.
