Singapore debt listings Monday: Mizuho Financial, QBE Insurance, Starhill Global REIT

These are entities which announced debt listing confirmations on SGX on Monday, 13 September 2021: Mizuho Financial Group and QBE Insurance Group.

Mizuho Financial Group

Mizuho Financial Group said Monday its US$1 billion 2.564 percent subordinated notes due 2031 would be listed on SGX’s bond market on Tuesday.

The notes, which will trade in U.S. dollars, will be in denomination of US$200,000, which is also the minimum board lot size, the Japan-based bank said in a filing to SGX.

The lead managers and bookrunners of the notes are Mizuho Securities USA, J.P. Morgan Securities, Goldman Sachs & Co., UBS Securities, BNY Mellon Capital Markets, CNCB (Hong Kong) Capital, Credit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank, Daiwa Capital Markets America, Danske Markets, Shinhan Investment, Academy Securities, CastleOak Securities, Mischler Financial Group, R. Seelaus & Co., Samuel A. Ramirez & Co. and Siebert Williams Shank & Co., the filing said.

QBE Insurance Group

QBE Insurance Group said Monday its 400 million British pound 2.5 percent fixed-rate resetting subordinated notes due 2038 would be listed on SGX’s bond market on Tuesday.

The notes, which will trade in pound sterling, will be in denomination of 100,000 pounds, which is also the minimum board lot size, the ASX-listed insurer said in a filing to SGX.

The lead managers and bookrunners are Citigroup Global Markets, HSBC Bank, Lloyds Bank Corporate Markets and Barclays Capital Asia, the filing said.

Starhill Global REIT

Starhill Global REIT said Monday its S$125 million 2.23 percent notes due 2028 would be listed on SGX’s bond market on Tuesday.

The notes, which will trade in Singapore dollars, will be in denomination of S$250,000, which is also the minimum board lot size, the REIT said in a filing to SGX.

The lead managers and bookrunners of the notes are CIMB Bank’s Singapore branch and DBS Bank, the filing said.
