These are Singapore companies which announced share buybacks on Friday, 10 September 2021: UOB, OCBC, Eurosports Global, G.K. Goh Holdings and Global Investments.

UOB

UOB bought back 72,000 shares in the market at S$25.60 to S$25.81 each for a total consideration, including other costs, of around S$1.85 million, the bank said in a filing to SGX after the market close.

OCBC

OCBC bought back 381,000 shares in the market at S$11.72 each for a total consideration, including other costs, of around S$4.47 million, the bank said in a filing to SGX after the market close.

Eurosports Global

Eurosports Global bought back 51,600 shares in the market at S$0.19694 each for a total consideration, including other costs, of around S$10,221, the company said in a filing to SGX after the market close.

G.K. Goh Holdings

G.K. Goh Holdings bought back 18,400 shares in the market at S$1.12 each for a total consideration, including other costs, of around S$20,661, the company said in a filing to SGX after the market close. The repurchased shares were canceled, the filing said.

Global Investments

Global Investments bought back 500,000 shares in the market at S$0.15631 each for a total consideration, including other costs, of around S$78,214, the company said in a filing to SGX after the market close.
