These are Singapore companies which announced share buybacks on Monday, 6 September 2021: UOB, OCBC, Singapore Shipping Corp., G.K. Goh Holdings, The Hour Glass and Global Investments.

OCBC

OCBC bought back 400,000 shares in the market at S$11.65 each for a total consideration, including other costs, of around S$4.67 million, the bank said in a filing to SGX after the market close.

UOB

UOB bought back 72,000 shares in the market at S$25.48 to S$25.82 each for a total consideration, including other costs, of around S$1.85 million, the bank said in a filing to SGX after the market close.

The Hour Glass

The Hour Glass bought back 18,000 shares in the market at S$1.54 each for a total consideration, including other costs, of around S$27,792, the watch retailer said in a filing to SGX after the market close.

Singapore Shipping

Singapore Shipping bought back 138,100 shares in the market at S$0.28 to S$0.285 each for a total consideration, including other costs, of around S$39,320, the company said in a filing to SGX after the market close.

G.K. Goh Holdings

G.K. Goh Holdings bought back 55,000 shares in the market at S$1.12 to S$1.13 each for a total consideration, including other costs, of around S$62,210, the company said in a filing to SGX after the market close. The repurchased shares were canceled, the filing said.

Global Investments

Global Investments bought back 500,000 shares in the market at S$0.1555 each for a total consideration, including other costs, of around S$77,809, the company said in a filing to SGX after the market close.
