These are Singapore companies which announced share buybacks on Thursday, 2 September 2021: OCBC, UOB, OUE Ltd., Hotung Investment Holdings, Global Investments, The Hour Glass, G.K. Goh Holdings, MDR Ltd., Eurosports Global and CNMC Goldmine Holdings.

OCBC

OCBC bought back 400,000 shares in the market at S$11.57 each for a total consideration, including other costs, of around S$4.63 million, the bank said in a filing to SGX after the market close.

UOB

UOB bought back 2,500 shares in the market at S$25.49 to S$25.62 each for a total consideration, including other costs, of around S$63,951, the bank said in a filing to SGX after the market close.

OUE

OUE bought back 327,000 shares in the market at S$1.3909 each for a total consideration, including other costs, of around S$455,506, the property developer said in a filing to SGX after the market close.

The Hour Glass

The Hour Glass bought back 163,000 shares in the market at S$1.49012 each for a total consideration, including other costs, of around S$243,514, the watch retailer said in a filing to SGX after the market close.

G.K. Goh Holdings

G.K. Goh Holdings bought back 420,000 shares in the market at S$1.12 each for a total consideration, including other costs, of around S$471,608, the company said in a filing to SGX after the market close. The repurchased shares were cancelled, the filing said.

Eurosports Global

Eurosports Global bought back 66,300 shares in the market at S$0.195 each for a total consideration, including other costs, of around S$13,004, the company said in a filing to SGX after the market close.

CNMC Goldmine Holdings

CNMC Goldmine Holdings bought back 30,000 shares in the market at S$0.199 each for a total consideration, including other costs, of around S$6,015, the company said in a filing to SGX after the market close.

Global Investments

Global Investments bought back 500,000 shares in the market at S$0.1564 each for a total consideration, including other costs, of around S$78,259, the company said in a filing to SGX after the market close.

Hotung Investment Holdings

Hotung Investment Holdings bought back 25,500 shares in the market at S$1.90 to S$1.93 each for a total consideration, including other costs, of around S$49,221, the company said in a filing to SGX after the market close.

MDR

MDR Ltd. bought back 53,700 shares in the market at S$0.07601 each for a total consideration, including other costs, or around S$4,088, the company said in a filing to SGX after the market close.
