These are Singapore companies which announced share buybacks on Wednesday, 1 September 2021: OCBC, UOB, OUE Ltd., Hotung Investment Holdings, Global Investments, G.K. Goh Holdings, Tuan Sing Holdings, The Hour Glass, MDR Ltd., Eurosports Global, Annaik Ltd., and CNMC Goldmine Holdings.

UOB

UOB bought back 72,000 shares in the market at S$25.72 to S$25.95 each for a total consideration, including other costs, of around S$1.85 million, the bank said in a filing to SGX after the market close.

OCBC

OCBC bought back 400,000 shares in the market at S$11.60 each for a total consideration, including other costs, of around S$4.64 million, , the bank said in a filing to SGX after the market close.

OUE

OUE bought back 367,300 shares in the market at S$1.39 each for a total consideration, including other costs, of around S$511,312, the property developer said in a filing to SGX after the market close.

The Hour Glass

The Hour Glass bought back 211,000 shares in the market at S$1.44616 each for a total consideration, including other costs, of around S$305,924, the watch retailer said in a filing to SGX after the market close.

G.K. Goh Holdings

G.K. Goh Holdings bought back 500,000 shares in the market at S$1.12 each for a total consideration, including other costs, of around S$516,438, the company said in a filing to SGX after the market close. The repurchased shares were canceled, the filing said.

Eurosports Global

Eurosports Global bought back 80,000 shares in the market at S$0.20313 each for a total consideration, including other costs, of around S$16,345, the company said in a filing to SGX after the market close.

Tuan Sing Holdings

Tuan Sing Holdings bought back 40,000 shares in the market at S$0.49 to S$0.50 each for a total consideration, including other costs, of around S$19,894, the company said in a filing to SGX after the market close.
