These are Singapore companies which announced share buybacks of Friday, 27 August 2021: UOB, OUE Ltd., Annaik Ltd., Eurosports Global, G.K. Goh Holdings, MDR Ltd., Tuan Sing Holdings, Hotung Investment Holdings and Global Investments.

UOB

UOB bought back 72,000 shares in the market at S$25.67 to S$25.85 each for a total consideration, including other costs, of around S$1.85 million, the Singapore bank said in a filing to SGX after the market close.

OUE

OUE Ltd. bought back 251,700 shares in the market at S$1.3296 each for a total consideration, including other costs, of around S$335,162, the property developer said in a filing to SGX after the market close.

The Hour Glass

The Hour Glass bought back 353,000 shares in the market at S$1.40912 each for a total consideration, including other costs, of around S$498,697, the watch retailer said in a filing to SGX after the market close.

G.K. Goh Holdings

G.K. Goh Holdings bought back 58,000 shares in the market at S$1.11 to S$1.12 each for a total consideration, including other costs, of around S$65,098, the company said in a filing to SGX after the market close. The shares were cancelled after purchase, the filing said.

Annaik

Annaik Ltd. bought back 74,000 shares in the market at S$0.06535 each for a total consideration, including other costs, of around S$4,881, the company said in a filing to SGX after the market close.

Eurosports Global

Eurosports Global bought back 80,000 shares in the market at S$0.205 each for a total consideration, including other costs, of S$16,495, the company said in a filing to SGX after the market close.

Tuan Sing Holdings

Tuan Sing Holdings bought back 20,000 shares in the market at S$0.50 to S$0.505 each for a total consideration, including other costs, of around S$10,098, the company said in a filing to SGX after the market close.

Hotung Investment Holdings

Hotung Investment Holdings bought back 45,600 shares in the market at S$1.88 to S$1.91 each for a total consideration, including other costs, of around S$87,073, the company said in a filing to SGX after the market close.

Global Investments

Global Investments bought back 500,000 shares in the market at S$0.154 each for a total consideration, including other costs, of around S$77,058, the company said in a filing to SGX after the market close.

MDR

MDR Ltd. bought back 10,300 shares in the market at S$0.07802 each for a total consideration, including other costs, of around S$805, the company said in a filing to SGX after the market close.
