These are Singapore companies which announced share buybacks on Thursday, 26 August 2021: UOB, OUE Ltd., The Hour Glass, Hotung Investment Holdings and MDR Ltd.

UOB

UOB bought back 72,000 shares in the market at S$25.88 to S$26.03 each for a total consideration, including other costs, of around S$1.87 million, the Singapore bank said in a filing to SGX after the market close.

ST Engineering

ST Engineering bought back 500,000 shares in the market at S$3.80 to S$3.81 each for a total consideration, including other costs, of around S$1.91 million, the aerospace and defense company said in a filing to SGX after the market close.

OUE

OUE Ltd. bought back 170,000 shares in the market at S$1.33 each for a total consideration, including other costs, of S$226,439, the property developer said in a filing to SGX after the market close.

The Hour Glass

The Hour Glass bought back 77,000 shares in the market at S$1.42 each for a total consideration, including other costs, of S$109,621, the watch retailer said in a filing to SGX after the market close.

Hotung Investment Holdings

Hotung Investment Holdings bought back 22,000 shares in the market at S$1.89 to S$1.90 each for a total consideration, including other costs, of S$41,862, the company said in a filing to SGX after the market close.

MDR

MDR Ltd. bought back 84,600 shares in the market at S$0.077 each for a total consideration, including other costs, of S$6,524, the company said in a filing to SGX after the market close.
