These are Singapore companies which announced share buybacks on Tuesday, 24 August 2021: OCBC, UOB, OUE Ltd., Eurosports Global Ltd., The Hour Glass, MDR Ltd., CNMC Goldmine Holdings, Hotung Investment Holdings and Global Investments.

UOB

UOB bought back 72,000 shares in the market at S$26.04 to S$26.18 each for a total consideration, including other costs, of around S$1.88 million, the Singapore bank said in a filing to SGX after the market close.

OCBC

OCBC bought back 400,000 shares in the market at S$11.69 each for a total consideration, including other costs, of around S$4.68 million, the Singapore bank said in a filing to SGX after the market close.

OUE

OUE Ltd. bought back 121,600 shares in the market at S$1.3274 each for a total consideration, including other costs, of around S$161,654, the property developer said in a filing to SGX after the market close.

The Hour Glass

The Hour Glass bought back 227,000 shares in the market at S$1.42 each for a total consideration, including other costs, of around S$323,168, the watch retailer said in a filing to SGX after the market close.
