Azure Power Energy said Thursday its US$414 million 3.575 percent senior notes due 2026 would be listed on SGX’s bond market on Friday.
The notes, which will trade in U.S. dollars, will be in denominations of US$200,000 and will trade with a minimum board lot size of US$200,000, the company said in a filing to SGX.
The lead managers and bookrunners of the notes are Barclays Bank, HSBC, Standard Chartered Bank, Credit Suisse (Hong Kong), MUFG Securities Asia, Jefferies India, Roth Capital Partners, Societe Generale and ICICI Bank’s Hong Kong branch, the filing said.
Azure Power Energy, an India-based provider of solar power, previously said in a press release the bond’s coupon is the lowest ever for the high-yield segment for any business from India, coming in 27.5 basis points below the lowest from an Indian renewable energy company so far.
