OCBC

OCBC bought back 400,000 shares in the market at S$11.79 each for a total consideration, including other costs, of around S$4.72 million, the bank said in a filing to SGX after the market close.

Singtel

Singtel bought back 664,500 shares in the market at S$2.39 to S$2.41 each for a total consideration, including other costs, of around S$1.60 million, the regional telecom said in a filing to SGX after the market close.

The shares were purchased to satisfy obligations for share awards under the performance share plan, Singtel said.

OUE

OUE Ltd. bought back 130,000 shares in the market at around S$1.334 each for a total consideration, including other costs, of around S$173,654, the property developer said in a filing to SGX after the market close.

Nanofilm Technologies

Nanofilm Technologies bought back 1,490,700 shares in the market at S$3.81 to S$4.07 each for a total consideration, including other costs, of S$5.81 million, the company said in a filing to SGX after the market close.

Boustead Projects

Boustead Projects bought back 300,000 shares in the market at S$0.985 to S$0.99 each for a total consideration, including other costs, of around S$297,355, the company said in a filing to SGX after the market close.

The Hour Glass

The Hour Glass bought back 187,000 shares in the market at around S$1.445 each for a total consideration, including other costs, of around S$270,945, the watch retailer said in a filing to SGX after the market close.

Global Investments

Global Investments Ltd. bought back 500,000 shares in the market at around S$0.157 each for a total consideration, including other costs, of around S$78,379, the company said in a filing to SGX after the market close.

Hotung Investment Holdings

Hotung Investment Holdings bought back 37,100 shares in the market at S$1.87 to S$1.89 each for a total consideration, including other costs, of around S$70,180, the company said in a filing to SGX after the market close.

Singapore Shipping

Singapore Shipping bought back 70,200 shares in the market at S$0.275 each for a total consideration, including other costs, of S$19,330, the company said in a filing to SGX after the market close.

MDR

MDR Ltd. bought back 120,500 shares in the market at around S$0.078 each for a total consideration, including other costs, of around S$9,372, the company said in a filing to SGX after the market close.
