These are entities which announced debt listing confirmations on SGX on Wednesday, 4 August 2021: ESR-REIT and Yango (Cayman) Investment.

Yango (Cayman) Investment

Yango (Cayman) Investment said Wednesday its US$250 million 12.5 percent guaranteed senior notes due 2024 would be listed on SGX’s bond market on Thursday.

The notes, which will be traded in U.S. dollars, will be in denominations of US$200,000 and will trade with a minimum board lot size of US$200,000, the real estate developer said in a filing to SGX.

The lead managers and bookrunners of the notes are UBS AG’s Hong Kong branch, YONXI Securities, CCB International Capital, Yango International Financial Holdings, Guotai Junan Securities (Hong Kong) and China Everbright Securities (HK), the filing said.

ESR-REIT

RBC Investor Services Trust Singapore, in its capacity as trustee for ESR-REIT, said Wednesday its S$125 million 2.6 percent notes due 2026 would be listed on SGX’s bond market on Thursday.

The notes, which will trade in Singapore dollars, will be issued in denominations of S$250,000 and will trade with a minimum board lot size of S$250,000, the REIT said in a filing to SGX.

The lead manager and bookrunner of the notes is OCBC, the filing said.
