Temasek subsidiary Heliconia Capital Management has ceased to be a substantial shareholder of Asian Healthcare Specialists, the healthcare company said in a filing to SGX Monday.

The stake in the company fell to 4.57 percent from 5.27 percent, although Heliconia continued to hold around 24.97 million shares, the filing said.

Late last month, Asian Healthcare Specialists completed the acquisition of the remaining 49 percent of Cornerstone Asia Health it didn’t already own, and issued around 72.97 million new shares to the sellers of the stake.

The new percentage of Heliconia’s stake was calculated on a larger base of shares.
