These are Singapore companies which have announced share buybacks on Friday, 6 December 2019: OCBC, Sembcorp Industries, Keppel REIT, Stamford Land, Silverlake Axis, Anchun International Holdings, Singapore Shipping, Global Investments and Intraco Ltd.

Keppel REIT

Keppel REIT bought back 1.5 million units in the market at S$1.25 each for a total consideration, including other costs, of S$1.88 million, the REIT said in a filing to SGX after the market close Thursday. All repurchased units will be cancelled, the REIT said.

OCBC

OCBC bought back 150,000 shares in the market at S$10.65 each for a total consideration, including other costs, of S$1.60 million, the bank said in a filing to SGX after the market close Thursday.

Sembcorp Industries

Sembcorp Industries bought back 170,000 shares in the market at S$2.15 each for a total consideration, including other costs, of S$366,641, the utilities player said in a filing to SGX after the market close Thursday.

Silverlake Axis

Silverlake Axis bought back 920,000 shares in the market at S$0.4145 each for a total consideration, including other costs, of S$382,065, the software services company said in a filing to SGX after the market close Thursday.

Stamford Land

Stamford Land bought back 61,000 shares in the market at S$0.50 each for a total consideration, including other costs, of S$30,546, the hotel operator said in a filing to SGX after the market close Thursday.

Global Investments

Global Investments bought back 330,000 shares in the market at S$0.142 each for a total consideration, including other costs, of S$46,895, the company said in a filing to SGX after the market close Thursday.
