These are Singapore companies which announced share buybacks on Wednesday, 4 December 2019: DBS, OCBC, Keppel REIT, ST Engineering, Sembcorp Industries, Stamford Land, Silverlake Axis, AEI Corp., Singapore Shipping, Intraco Ltd., Global Investments and Straco Corp.

DBS

DBS bought back 500,000 shares in the market at S$24.81 to S$25.03 each for a total consideration, including other costs, of S$12.46 million, Southeast Asia’s largest bank said in a filing to SGX after the market close Wednesday.

OCBC

OCBC bought back 150,000 shares in the market at S$10.62 each for a total consideration, including other costs, of S$1.59 million, the bank said in a filing to SGX after the market close Wednesday.

ST Engineering

ST Engineering bought back 360,700 shares in the market at S$4.02 to S$4.03 each for a total consideration, including other costs, of S$1.45 million, the aerospace and defense company said in a filing to SGX after the market close Wednesday.

Keppel REIT

Keppel REIT bought back 1.15 million units in the market at S$1.24 to S$1.25 each for a total consideration, including other costs, of S$1.43 million, the REIT said in a filing to SGX after the market close Wednesday. All repurchased units will be canceled, the REIT said.

Sembcorp Industries

Sembcorp Industries bought back 220,000 shares in the market at S$2.13 each for a total consideration, including other costs, of S$469,966, the utilities company said in a filing to SGX after the market close Wednesday.

Silverlake Axis

Silverlake Axis bought back 935,000 shares in the market at S$0.4151 each for a total consideration, including other costs, of S$388,856, the software services company said in a filing to SGX after the market close Wednesday.

Stamford Land

Stamford Land bought back 26,000 shares in the market at S$0.50 each for a total consideration, including other costs, of S$13,022, the hotel operator said in a filing to SGX after the market close Wednesday.

Straco Corp.

Straco Corp. bought back 300,000 shares in the market at S$0.67 to S$0.675 each for a total consideration, including other costs, of S$201,853, the company said in a filing to SGX after the market close Wednesday.

AEI Corp.

AEI Corp. bought back 102,600 shares in the market at S$0.9612 each for a total consideration, including other costs, of S$98,927, the company said in a filing to SGX after the market close Wednesday.
