Korea Railroad said Friday its US$150 million floating rate notes due 2024 will be listed and quoted on SGX’s bond market on Monday.

The notes, which will be quoted in U.S. dollars, will be in denominations of US$200,000 and in integral multiples of US$1,000, Korea Railroad said in a filing to SGX. The minimum board lot size will be US$200,000, it added.

The lead managers/bookrunners for the notes were Credit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank’s Taipei branch, E.SUN Commercial Bank, KGI Securities, Mega International Commercial Bank, President Securities, SinoPac Securities and Taishin International Bank, the filing said.
