Silverlake Axis bought back 243,200 shares in the market at S$0.4245 each for a total consideration, including other costs, of S$103,435, the company said in a filing to SGX after the market close Friday.
AEI Corp.
AEI Corp. bought back 79,000 shares in the market at S$0.84 each for a total consideration, including other costs, of S$66,566, the company said in a filing to SGX after the market close Friday.
Global Investments
Global Investments bought back 150,000 shares in the market at S$0.142 each for a total consideration, including other costs, of S$21,316, the company said in a filing to SGX after the market close Friday.
Anchun International Holdings
Anchun International Holdings bought back 55,000 shares in the market at S$0.255 each for a total consideration, including other costs, of S$14,074, the company said in a filing to SGX after the market close Friday.
ST Group Food Industries Holdings
ST Group Food Industries Holdings bought back 275,000 shares in the market at S$0.265 each for a total consideration, including other costs, of S$73,078, the company said in a filing to SGX after the market close Friday.
It was the company’s first buyback since the start of its mandate in late October, the filing said.
