Mapletree Commercial Trust
Mapletree Commercial Trust said Monday it executed a pricing supplement in relation to the S$250 million 3.05 percent fixed rate notes due 2029 under its S$3 billion multicurrency medium-term note program.
The notes will be issued at 100 percent of their principal amount, with an issue date of 22 November and a maturity date of 22 November 2029, the trust said in a filing to SGX.
The proceeds will be used to refinance existing borrowings and general corporate purposes, Mapletree Commercial Trust said.

Mapletree Commercial Trust said Monday it has used around S$290.2 million of the gross proceeds of its preferential offering to pay off a bridging loan to partially fund the acquisition of Mapletree Business City (Phase 2) and to pay fees and expenses related to the deal.
Ascendas India Trust
Ascendas India Trust has launched a private placement of at least 66.31 million new units at S$1.465 to S$1.508 each to raise gross proceeds of at least S$100 million, the trust said in a filing to SGX Tuesday.
Soilbuild Construction has landed a contract from SB (Ipark) Investment to erect four eight-storey and nine-storey blocks of a multiple-user general industrial factory development for a total of around S$162.5 million, the company said in a filing to SGX Monday.
ST Engineering said Tuesday it divested its pilot training business in Australia via the sale of all of its shares in Aviation Training Academy Australia (ATAA) and ST Aerospace Academy (Australia) to Regional Express Holdings for S$9.3 million.
OUE Ltd. said Monday its indirect wholly owned subsidiary Alkas Realty has completed the disposal of OUE Downtown Serviced Apartments to DHI Holding.
Far East Orchard
Far East Orchard said Monday it has appointed Alan Tang Yew Kuen as group CEO and executive director, effective January 1.
Tang was chief operating officer of Frasers Hospitality International from August 2013 through December 2019 and was GIC Real Estate’s head of hospitality from October 1999 to May 2013, Far East Orchard said in a filing to SGX.
Sheng Siong Holdings said Monday it has agreed to terms to renew the lease at it Thomson Imperial Court outlet for a period of five years from 11 December.
In the supermarket operator’s third quarter earnings announcement, it had said it would be closing the outlet when the lease expired as renewal terms couldn’t be agreed, Sheng Siong said in a filing to SGX.
Yoma Strategic said Monday its wholly owned subsidiary YSH Finance has completed the disposal of its telecommunications tower investment on Friday. Following the completion, Yoma has ceased to hold any interest in edotco Singapore, the company said in a filing to SGX.
OUE Lippo Healthcare
OUE Lippo Healthcare said Monday its chief operating officer, Dr. Tan Tiong Chin Louis, has resigned, effective 4 February, to pursue other opportunities.
OKP Holdings has exercised its option to purchase the property at 32 Tagore Lane in Singapore from Golden Singa Engineering (Singapore) for S$8 million for investment purposes, the company said in a filing to SGX Monday.
The freehold property includes a two storey corner light industrial terrace factory, occupying a lot area of around 601 square meters, OKP said.
Lian Beng Group said Monday it has completed the acquisition of the property at 381 Joo Chiat Road in Singapore, a deal announced in March 2018.
