These are Singapore companies which announced share buybacks on Tuesday, 19 November 2019: OCBC, Keppel REIT, Sembcorp Industries, Intraco, Singapore Shipping, AEI Corp., Silverlake Axis, Stamford Land and Global Investments.

OCBC

OCBC bought back 150,000 shares in the market at S$11.10 each for a total consideration, including other costs, of S$1.67 million, the bank said in a filing to SGX after the market close Tuesday.

Keppel REIT

Keppel REIT bought back 1,551,800 units in the market at S$1.21 to S$1.22 each for a total consideration, including other costs, of S$1.88 million, the REIT said in a filing to SGX after the market close Tuesday. The repurchased units will be canceled, the REIT said.

Sembcorp Industries

Sembcorp Industries bought back 71,400 shares in the market at S$2.26 each for a total consideration, including other costs, of S$161,558, the company said in a filing to SGX after the market close Tuesday.

Stamford Land

Stamford Land bought back 10,000 shares in the market at S$0.495 each for a total consideration, including other costs, of S$4,969, the company said in a filing to SGX after the market close Tuesday.

Silverlake Axis

Silverlake Axis bought back 1.18 million shares in the market at S$.04303 each for a total consideration, including other costs, of S$508,719, the company said in a filing to SGX after the market close Tuesday.
