These are Singapore companies which announced share buybacks on Monday, 18 November 2019: OCBC, Keppel REIT, Sembcorp Industries, Silverlake Axis, AEI Corp., Singapore Shipping, Intraco Ltd. and Global Investments.

OCBC

OCBC bought back 150,000 shares in the market at S$11.15 each for a total consideration, including other costs, of S$1.67 million, the bank said in a filing to SGX after the market close Monday.

Keppel REIT

Keppel REIT bought back 1.5 million units at S$1.21 to S$1.22 each for a total consideration, including other costs, of S$1.83 million, the REIT said in a filing to SGX after the market close Monday. The repurchased units will be canceled, the REIT said.

Sembcorp Industries

Sembcorp Industries bought back 18,200 shares in the market at S$2.27 each for a total consderation, including other costs, of S$41,364, the company said in a filing to SGX after the market close Monday.

Silverlake Axis

Silverlake Axis bought back 675,400 shares in the market at S$0.4337 each for a total consideration, including other costs, of S$293,478, the company said in a filing to SGX after the market close Monday.

AEI Corp.

AEI Corp. bought back 425,000 shares in the market at S$0.7908 each for a total consideration, including other costs, of S$337,146, the company said in a filing to SGX after the market close Monday.

Singapore Shipping

Singapore Shipping bought back 278,900 shares in the market at S$0.29 each for a total consideration, including other costs, of S$81,003, the company said in a filing to SGX after the market close Monday.
