Sembcorp Industries bought back 200,000 shares in the market at S$2.27 each for a total consideration, including other costs, of S$454,547, the company said in a filing to SGX after the market close Friday.
In a second filing, Sembcorp Industries said it bought back 150,000 shares at S$2.26 each for a total consideration of S$339,408.
Keppel REIT
Keppel REIT bought back 1.5 million units in the market at S$1.21 each for a total consideration, including other costs, of S$1.82 million, the REIT said in a filing to SGX after the market close Friday. The repurchased units will be cancelled, the filing said.
Global Investments
Global Investments bought back 254,300 shares in the market at S$0.14 each for a total consideration, including other costs, of S$35,629, the company said in a filing to SGX after the market close Friday.
