These are Singapore companies which have announced share buybacks on Wednesday, 13 November 2019: Jardine Matheson, Keppel REIT, Stamford Land, AEI Corp., Intraco Ltd. and Singapore Shipping.

Keppel REIT

Keppel REIT bought back 500,000 units in the market at S$1.20 each for a total consideration, including other costs, of S$600,706, the REIT said in a filing to SGX after the market close Wednesday. The repurchased units will be cancelled, the REIT said.

Jardine Matheson

Jardine Matheson bought back 100,000 shares in the market at US$57.47 each, the company said in a filing to SGX after the market close Wednesday. The repurchased shares will be canceled, the filing said.

Stamford Land

Stamford Land bought back 287,300 shares in the market at S$0.49 to S$0.50 each for a total consideration, including other costs, of S$143,353, the hotel operator said in a filing to SGX after the market close Wednesday.

Intraco Ltd.

Intraco Ltd. bought back 96,600 shares in the market at S$0.275 each for a total consideration, including other costs, of S$26,655, the company said in a filing to SGX after the market close Wednesday.

Singapore Shipping

Singapore Shipping bought back 13,000 shares in the market at S$0.29 each for a total consideration, including other costs, of S$3,788, the company said in a filing to SGX after the market close Wednesday.

AEI Corp.

AEI Corp. bought back 171,900 shares in the market at S$0.73 each for a total consideration, including other costs, of S$125,877, the company said in a filing to SGX after the market close Wednesday.
