These are Singapore companies which announce share buybacks on Friday, 8 November 2019: Keppel REIT, Stamford Land, Shopper360 and Intraco Ltd.

Keppel REIT

Keppel REIT bought back 5.5 million units in the market at S$1.19 to S$1.20 each for a total consideration, including other costs, of S$6.59 million, the REIT said in a filing to SGX after the market close Friday. All repurchased units will be cancelled, the REIT said.

Stamford Land

Stamford Land bought back 20,400 shares in the market at S$0.49 each for a total consideration, including other costs, of S$10,017, the property developer and hotel operator said in a filing to SGX after the market close Friday.

Intraco

Intraco Ltd. bought back 22,600 shares in the market at S$0.26 each for a total consideration, including other costs, of S$5,906, the company said in a filing to SGX after the market close Friday.

Shopper360

Shopper360 bought back 30,000 shares in the market at S$0.12 each for a total consideration, including other costs, of S$3,600, the company said in a filing to SGX after the market close Friday.
