These are Singapore companies which announced share buybacks on Friday, 1 November 2019: Jardine Matheson, Cheung Woh Technologies and Intraco Ltd.

All filings were after the market close Friday; total consideration includes other costs.

Jardine Matheson

Jardine Matheson bought back 66,000 shares in the market at US$56.77 each, the company said in a filing to SGX. The repurchased shares will be canceled, the filing said.

Cheung Woh Technologies

Cheung Woh Technologies bought back 100,000 shares in the market at S$0.149 to S$0.158 each for a total consideration of S$15,210, the company said in a filing to SGX.

Intraco

Infraco Ltd. bought back 20,000 shares in the market at S$0.245 each for a total consideration of S$4,929, the company said in a filing to SGX.
