These are Singapore companies which announced share buybacks on Tuesday, 29 October 2019: Jardine Matheson, Intraco Ltd., and Cheung Woh Technologies.

All announcements were after the market close Tuesday; total consideration includes other costs.

Jardine Matheson

Jardine Matheson bought back 407,300 shares in the market at US$58 to US$58.65 each, the company said in a filing to SGX. The repurchased shares will be canceled, the filing said.

Intraco

Intraco Ltd. bought back 4,000 shares in the market at S$0.235 each for a total consideration of S$968, the company said in a filing to SGX.

Cheung Woh Technologies

Cheung Woh Technologies bought back 50,000 shares in the market at S$0.152 to S$0.155 each for a total consideration of S$7,726, the company said in a filing to SGX.
