These are Singapore companies which announced share buybacks on Tuesday, 22 October 2019: Jardine Matheson, Stamford Land, Duty Free International, Cheung Woh Technologies, CDW Holding, Global Investments and Singapore Shipping.

All filings were after the market close on Tuesday; total consideration includes other costs.

Jardine Matheson

Jardine Matheson bought back 100,000 shares at US$56.36 each, and the repurchased shares will be cancelled, the company said in a filing to SGX.

Stamford Land

Stamford Land bought back 465,700 shares in the market at S$0.48 to S$0.50 each for a total consideration of S$231,749, the property developer said in a filing to SGX.

Duty Free International

Duty Free International bought back 381,000 shares in the market at S$0.159 to S$0.16 each for a total consideration of S$61,217, the company said in a filing to SGX.

CDW Holding bought back 50,000 shares in the market at S$0.19 each for a total consideration of S$9,532, the company said in a filing to SGX.

Singapore Shipping

Singapore Shipping bought back 819,000 shares in the market at S$0.295 each for a total consideration of S$241,967, the company said in a filing to SGX.

Cheung Woh Technologies

Cheung Woh Technologies bought back 60,000 shares in the market at S$0.153 to S$0.157 each for a total consideration of S$9,358, the company said in a filing to SGX.
