These are Singapore companies which announced share buybacks on Friday, 18 October 2019: Jardine Matheson, Stamford Land, Duty Free International, CDW Holding and Global Investments.

All announcements were after the market close Friday; total consideration includes other costs.

Jardine Matheson

Jardine Matheson bought back 510,900 shares in the market at US$54.1682 to US$54.44 each, the company said in a filing to SGX. The repurchased shares will be canceled, the filing said.

Stamford Land

Stamford Land bought back 20,000 shares in the market at S$0.48 each for a total consideration of S$9,621, the property developer and hotel operator said in a filing to SGX.

Duty Free International

Duty Free International bought back 800,000 shares in the market at S$0.159 to S$0.16 each for a total consideration of S$128,301, the retailer said in a filing to SGX.

CDW Holding bought back 50,000 shares in the market at S$0.19 each for a total consideration of S$9,532, the company said in a filing to SGX.

Global Investments
