These are Singapore companies which announced share buybacks on Friday, 27 September 2019: Stamford Land, Eurosports Global, Food Empire, CDW Holding, Singapore Shipping and Global Investments.

Stamford Land

Stamford Land bought back 58,400 shares in the market at S$0.48 each for a total consideration, including other costs, of S$28,074, the property developer and hotel operator said in a filing to SGX after the market close Friday.

Eurosports Global

Eurosports Global bought back 180,000 shares in the market at S$0.18778 each for a total consideration, including other costs, of S$33,996, the company said in a filing to SGX after the market close Friday.

Food Empire

Food Empire bought back 100,000 shares in the market at S$0.50 each for a total consideration, including other costs, of S$50,155, the company said in a filing to SGX after the market close Friday.

CDW Holding

CDW Holding bought back 11,500 shares in the market at S$0.19 each for a total consideration, including other costs, of S$2,192, the company said in a filing to SGX after the market close Friday.

Singapore Shipping

Singapore Shipping bought back 623,300 shares in the market at S$0.29 to S$0.295 each for a total consideration, including other costs, of S$183,769, the company said in a filing to SGX after the market close Friday.

Global Investments

Global Investments bought back 1 million shares in the market at S$0.13762 each for a total consideration, including other costs, of S$137,723, the company said in a filing to SGX after the market close Friday.
