Soilbuild Construction lands S$14 million construction contract

Singapore two-dollar bills

Soilbuild Construction won a S$14 million construction contract from a repeat customer to build a three-storey single-user ramp-up general industrial factory, the company said in a filing to SGX Wednesday.

The factory, which will also have ancillary facilities, will be located at Jalan Lam Huat, the filing said.

The project is set to start this month, with completion expected by the third quarter of 2020, Soilbuild said.

The contract isn’t expected to impact earnings per share for the current financial year, the filing said.

Soilbuild said its orderbook was at S$410.2 million as of the end of June.
