Bukit Sembawang CEO Ng Chee Seng retires

Bukit Sembawang announced Friday its CEO, Ng Chee Seng, would retire, effective Saturday, and it tapped the current Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary Ooi Chee Eng as acting CEO, effective Sunday.

Ng, age 65, completed his full term based on his employment contract and has decided to retire, the property developer said in a filing to SGX.

Ooi will remain as acting CEO until a permanent CEO is found, the filing said.

Ng will also step down from his position as a member of the company’s project development committee, the filing said.
