Sunpower Group obtained 65.5 million yuan (S$12.73 million or US$9.17 million) of manufacturing and services contracts with PSS Netherlands B.V., a joint venture between repeat customers U.K.’s Petrofac, Italy’s Saipem and South Korea’s Samsung Engineering, the Singapore-listed company said in a filing to SGX Monday.
Under the contracts, Sunpower will supply heat exchangers to PSS Netherlands, which is the EPC contractor for Thai Oil’s clean fuel project at its Sriracha oil refinery, the company said.
The contracts are due for delivery in 2020, and are expected to positively impact Sunpower’s financial performance in 2019 and 2020, the filing said.
