These are Singapore companies which announced share buybacks on Tuesday, 20 August 2019: Stamford Land, Singapore Shipping, Hong Fok Corp., Global Investments and Tuan Sing Holdings.

Stamford Land

Stamford Land bought back 8,600 shares in the market at S$0.475 each for a total consideration, including other costs, of S$4,103, the property developer and hotel operator said in a filing to SGX after the market close Tuesday.

Global Investments

Global Investments bought back 482,200 shares in the market at S$0.139 each for a total consideration, including other costs, of S$67,076, the company said in a filing to SGX after the market close Tuesday.

Hong Fok Corp.

Hong Fok Corp. bought back 212,500 shares in the market at S$0.85 to S$0.855 each for a total consideration, including other costs, of S$181,985, the company said in a filing to SGX after the market close Tuesday.

Singapore Shipping bought back 188,000 shares in the market at S$0.29 each for a total consideration, including other costs, of S$54,602, the company said in a filing to SGX after the market close Tuesday.

Tuan Sing Holdings bought back 30,000 shares in the market at S$0.345 each for a total consideration, including other costs, of S$10,410, the company said in a filing to SGX before the market open Tuesday.
