Thai Beverage said Friday its direct, wholly owned subsidiary International Beverage Holdings has incorporated two subsidiaries in Hong Kong: Chang HK and International Breweries.

International Breweries has a registered capital of US$10,000 and is incorporated as an investment holding company, Thai Beverage said in a filing to SGX.

Chang HK has a registered capital of HK$78,000 and will mainly engage in trading and distribution of alcoholic products, Thai Beverage said.

Both investments were funded with internally generated funds and weren’t expected to have a material impact on earnings per share for the current financial year, Thai Beverage said.
