No Signboard Holdings, an iconic Singapore chili crab restaurateur, warned Wednesday it expected to report a net loss for its fiscal third quarter.

That was mainly due to lower revenue coupled with higher operating costs during the quarter ended 30 June, the company said in a filing to SGX after the market close.

The guidance was based solely on a preliminary assessment and is subject to review and finalization by the audit committee, No Signboard said.

The third-quarter results are due to be released on or before 14 August, No Signboard said.
