CapitaLand Mall Trust

CapitaLand Mall Trust reported Tuesday its second quarter net property income rose 10.2 percent on-year to S$133.15 million after the acquisition of the 70 percent of Westgate mall it didn’t already own.

Mapletree Logistics Trust

Mapletree Logistics Trust reported Monday its fiscal first quarter net property income increased 18.2 percent on-year to S$106.13 million on contributions from the completed redevelopment of Mapletree Ouluo Logistics Park Phase 1 and on acquisitions.

Frasers Commercial Trust

Frasers Commercial Trust reported Monday its fiscal third quarter net property income fell 3 percent on-year to S$19.75 million, in part due to lower gross revenue and higher property tax expense at Alexandra Technopark.

ESR-REIT reported Monday second quarter net property income jumped 103.9 percent on-year to S$47.8 million, broadly in line with forecasts from Daiwa.

ST Engineering

ST Engineering incorporated a new company, Keystone 7, in Ireland as a wholly owned subsidiary of Keystone Holdings (Global) to increase the aircraft portfolio, the aerospace company said in a filing to SGX Monday.

Keystone Holdings, a 50:50 joint venture between ST Engineering Aerospace Resources and SJ Aviation Capital, invests in a portfolio of aircraft on lease to global airlines, the filing said.

Frasers Property

Frasers Property said Monday it plans to redeem all of its S$600 million 4.88 percent subordinated perpetual securities on 24 September.

Bumitama Agri

Bumitama Agri has issued 700 million ringgit (S$231.67 million or US$170.23 million) of Islamic medium-term notes (IMTN) in two tranches under its 2.0 billion ringgit note program, the palm oil producer said in a filing to SGX Monday.
