CapitaLand Mall Trust reported Tuesday its second quarter net property income rose 10.2 percent on-year to S$133.15 million after the acquisition of the 70 percent of Westgate mall it didn’t already own.
Mapletree Logistics Trust
Mapletree Logistics Trust reported Monday its fiscal first quarter net property income increased 18.2 percent on-year to S$106.13 million on contributions from the completed redevelopment of Mapletree Ouluo Logistics Park Phase 1 and on acquisitions.
Frasers Commercial Trust
Frasers Commercial Trust reported Monday its fiscal third quarter net property income fell 3 percent on-year to S$19.75 million, in part due to lower gross revenue and higher property tax expense at Alexandra Technopark.
ESR-REIT reported Monday second quarter net property income jumped 103.9 percent on-year to S$47.8 million, broadly in line with forecasts from Daiwa.
ST Engineering incorporated a new company, Keystone 7, in Ireland as a wholly owned subsidiary of Keystone Holdings (Global) to increase the aircraft portfolio, the aerospace company said in a filing to SGX Monday.
