Ezion Holdings said Friday it has reorganized its senior management team, effective Monday.
The changes include Eng Chiaw Koon, who has been a consultant to the company, being appointed deputy CEO, to assist the CEO on strategic management and to be responsible for execution of strategic and commercial plans, the company said in a filing to SGX.
Goon Fook Wye Paul, the former chief group business officer, will be the chief financial officer, the filing said. Goon will remain the joint company secretary and will be responsible for the overall financial and corporate secretarial functions.
Eng Chiaw Koon will take over as chief group business officer as part of his job scope as deputy CEO, Ezion said.
In addition, Chong Chee Wei Alan, the acting chief financial officer, will be re-designated as the head of corporate finance, responsible for debt and equity-raising activity and investor relations, the filing said.
