These are Singapore companies which announced share buybacks on Friday, 28 June 2019:

Olam International

Olam International bought back 75,100 shares in the market at S$1.97 to S$1.99 each for a total consideration, including other costs, of S$148,491, the commodity trader said in a filing to SGX after the market close Friday.

Jardine Strategic

JMH Investments, a wholly owned subsidiary of Jardine Matheson, bought 30,800 Jardine Strategic shares in the market at US$38.0184 each, it said in a filing to SGX after the market close Friday.

Jardine Matheson is a subsidiary of Jardine Strategic.

JMH Investments will retain the Jardine Strategic shares, the filing said.

KSH Holdings

KSH Holdings bought back 280,000 shares in the market at S$0.415 each for a total consideration, including other costs, of S$116,499, the company said in a filing to SGX after the market close Friday.

Global Investments bought back 1 million shares in the market at S$0.13466 each for a total consideration, including other costs, of S$134,761, the company said in a filing to SGX after the market close Friday.

CDW Holdings

CDW Holdings bought back 100,000 shares in the market at S$0.1894 each for a total consideration, including other costs, of S$19,004, the company said in a filing to SGX after the market close Friday.

Singapore Shipping Corp.

Singapore Shipping Corp. bought back 9,000 shares in the market at S$0.29 each for a total consideration, including other costs, of S$2,633, the company said in a filing to SGX after the market close Friday.
