These are Singapore companies which announced share buybacks on Thursday, 27 June 2019:

OCBC

OCBC bought back 150,000 shares in the market at S$11.40 each for a total consideration, including other costs, of S$1.71 million, the bank said in a filing to SGX after the market close Thursday.

Olam International

Olam International bought back 154,000 shares in the market at S$1.97 to S$1.99 each for a total consideration, including other costs, of S$306,160, the commodity trader said in a filing to SGX after the market close Thursday.

Jardine Strategic

JMH Investments, a wholly owned subsidiary of Jardine Matheson, acquired 350,000 Jardine Strategic shares in the market at US$38.2577 each, it said in a filing to SGX after the market close Thursday.

Jardine Matheson is a subsidiary of Jardine Strategic.

JMH Investments will retain the Jardine Strategic shares, the filing said.

Stamford Land

Stamford Land bought back 630,700 shares in the market at S$0.475 to S$0.48 each for a total consideration, including other costs, of S$303,190, the property developer said in a filing to SGX after the market close Thursday.

KSH Holdings

KSH Holdings bought back 220,000 shares in the market at S$0.415 each for a total consideration, including other costs, of S$91,554, the company said in a filing to SGX after the market close Thursday.

Global Palm Resources

Global Palm Resources bought back 10,100 shares in the market at S$0.205 each for a total consideration, including other costs, of S$2,115, the palm oil producer said in a filing to SGX after the market close Thursday.
