These are Singapore companies which announced share buybacks on Thursday, 13 June 2019:

OCBC

OCBC bought back 150,000 shares in the market at S$10.72 each for a total consideration, including other costs, of S$1.61 million, it said in a filing to SGX after the market close Thursday.

Olam International

Olam International bought back 180,000 shares in the market at S$1.88 to S$1.92 each for a total consideration, including other costs, of S$343,329, it said in a filing to SGX after the market close Thursday.

Jardine Strategic

JMH Investments, a wholly owned subsidiary of Jardine Matheson, acquired 72,300 shares of Jardine Strategic in the market Wednesday at US$37.80 each, it said in a filing to SGX Thursday.

The shares will be retained by JMH Investments, the filing said.

Jardine Matheson is a subsidiary of Jardine Strategic.

Koufu

Koufu bought back 99,300 shares in the market at S$0.6829 each for a total consideration, including other costs, of S$67,914, it said in a filing to SGX after the market close Thursday.

Stamford Land

Stamford Land bought back 40,300 shares in the market at S$0.47 each for a total consideration, including other costs, of S$18,970, it said in a filing to SGX after the market close Thursday.

Boustead Singapore

Boustead Singapore bought back 5,300 shares in the market at S$0.77 each for a total consideration, including other costs, of S$4,089, it said in a filing to SGX after the market close Thursday.
