These are Singapore companies which announced share buybacks on Thursday, 6 June 2019:

OCBC

OCBC bought back 150,000 shares in the market at S$10.57 each for a total consideration, including other costs, of S$1.59 million, it said in a filing to SGX after the market close Thursday.

Jardine Strategic and Jardine Matheson

Jardine Matheson’s wholly owned subsidiary JMH Investments acquired 593,100 Jardine Strategic shares in the market at US$37.37 to US$37.721 each, Jardine Matheson said in a filing to SGX Thursday.

Jardine Matheson is a subsidiary of Jardine Strategic; JMH Investments will retain the Jardine Strategic shares, the filing said.

Boustead Singapore

Boustead Singapore bought back 590,800 shares in the market at S$0.77 each for a total consideration, including other costs, of S$455,841, it said in a filing to SGX after the market close Thursday.

Olam International

Olam International bought back 92,900 shares in the market at S$1.80 to S$1.82 each for a total consideration, including other costs, of S$168,493, it said in a filing to SGX after the market close Thursday.

JUMBO Group

JUMBO Group bought back 246,000 shares in the market at S$0.375 each for a total consideration, including other costs, of S$92,487, it said in a filing to SGX after the market close Thursday.

Straits Trading

The Straits Trading Co. bought back 5,000 shares in the market at S$2.17 each for a total consideration, including other costs, of S$10,882, it said in a filing to SGX after the market close Thursday.
