Frasers Hospitality Trust taps Colin Low as new CEO

The managers of Frasers Hospitality Trust announced Friday that Colin Low will succeed Eu Chin Fen as CEO on 1 July.

“The board has continually reviewed succession planning for management and the time is now right for leadership transition,” Law Song Keng, chairman of the managers, said in the statement. “The board would like to express its appreciation to Chin Fen for her dedication and invaluable contributions to FHT and wishes her all the best in her next appointment.”

Eu, who has been CEO since 2014, will return to Frasers Hospitality, a strategic business unit of Frasers Property, as chief investment officer, from 1 July, the filing to SGX said.

Low was previously the head of Hotel Investment Properties for Europe, the Middle East and Africa at global real estate servcies company CBRE, the filing said. Prior to that, Low was at Frasers Property Group for seven years.
