UOL Group priced S$200 million of 3.0 percent five-year notes as the series 003 under its S$1 billion multicurrency medium-term note program, the company said in a filing to SGX Wednesday.
The net proceeds from the issuance is earmarked for refinancing existing borrowings, UOL said.
DBS Bank and United Overseas Bank have been appointed as joint lead managers for the notes, the filing said.
The maturity date is expected to be 23 May 2024, the filing said.
