Keppel Corp. said Monday it has priced a total of S$500 million of five- and 10-year notes issued under its US$5 billion multi-currency medium term note program.

The company priced S$150 million 3.0 percent notes due 2024, or the series 009 notes, and S$350 million 3.66 percent notes due 2029, or the series 010 notes, Keppel said in a filing to SGX after the market close.

The net proceeds of the notes will be used for general corporate or working capital purposes, Keppel said.

The notes are expected to be issued on or around 7 May and are expected to be listed on SGX on or around the following business day, Keppel said.

OCBC has been appointed the sole dealer of the notes, the filing said.

Correction: This item has been updated to correct the total amount of the combined bond offerings; a total of S$500 million of bonds were priced.
