Singapore two-dollar bills

Boustead Projects said on Friday it entered a deal to acquire 25 percent of DSCO Group from Chang Kwok Kin, Chan Jacqueline, Liu Wang Lai and Kuan Mun Fai (Guan Minhui) for around S$4.21 million.

In addition, Boustead Projects entered an agreement for a call option from the sellers to allow the company to acquire the rest of DSCO Group within three to seven years after the stake purchase is completed, it said in a filing to SGX after the market close on Friday.

DSCO Group provides specialized building engineering consulting services in the Asia-Pacific region, including design consultancy and project management, the filing said.

Boustead Projects said the acquisition would support its expansion into developing and building commercial and high-value specialized projects, and improve its expertise in real-estate services.
