These are Singapore companies which announced share buybacks on Wednesday, 6 March 2019:

OCBC

OCBC bought back 200,000 shares in the market at S$11.24 each for a total consideration, including other costs, of S$2.25 million, it said in a filing to SGX after the market close on Wednesday.

Sembcorp Industries

Sembcorp Industries bought back 200,000 shares in the market at S$2.63098 each for a total consideration, including other costs, of S$526,829, it said in a filing to SGX after the market close on Wednesday.

Jardine Strategic and Jardine Matheson

JMH Investments, which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Jardine Matheson Holdings, acquired 125,000 shares of Jardine Strategic Holdings in the market at US$39.85 each, it said in a filing to SGX after the market close on Wednesday.

Jardine Matheson is a subsidiary of Jardine Strategic.

JMH Investments will retain the Jardine Strategic shares, the filing said.

Japfa

Japfa bought back 450,000 shares in the market at S$0.71 to S$0.715 each for a total consideration, including other costs, of S$322,814, it said in a filing to SGX after the market close on Wednesday.

Bumitama Agri

Bumitama Agri bought back 100,000 shares in the market at S$0.6791 each for a total consideration, including other costs, of S$68,048, it said in a filing to SGX after the market close on Wednesday.
