OCBC bought back 200,000 shares in the market at S$11.22 each for a total consideration, including other costs, of S$2.25 million, it said in a filing to SGX after the market close on Monday.
Jardine Strategic and Jardine Matheson
JMH Investments, a wholly owned subsidiary of Jardine Matheson, acquired 200,100 shares in the market at US$39.66 to US$39.8796 each, it said in a filing to SGX after the market close on Monday.
Jardine Matheson is a subsidiary of Jardine Strategic, which is subject to a requirement to maintain a free float of at least 15 percent, it said.
JMH Investments will retain the Jardine Strategic shares, the filing said.
Bumitama Agri
Bumitama Agri bought back 100,000 shares in the market at S$0.6775 each for a total consideration, including other costs, of S$67,888, it said in a filing to SGX after the market close on Monday.
