These are Singapore companies which announced share buybacks on Thursday, 21 February 2019:

ST Engineering

ST Engineering bought back 2 million shares in the market at S$3.66 to S$3.70 each for a total consideration, including other costs, of S$7.38 million, it said in a filing to SGX after the market close on Thursday.

The shares will be held as treasury shares, it said.

Stamford Land

Stamford Land bought back 22,900 shares in the market at S$0.49 each for a total consideration, including other costs, of S$11,271, it said in a filing to SGX after the market close on Thursday.

SingHaiyi Group

SingHaiyi Group bought back 331,000 shares in the market at S$0.093 each for a total consideration, including other costs, of S$30,839, it said in a filing to SGX after the market close on Thursday.
