The shares will be used for the company’s obligations for share awards under the Singtel Performance Share Plan, the filing said.
SingHaiyi Group
SingHaiyi Group bought back 328,000 shares in the market at S$0.09362 each for a total consideration, including other costs, of S$30,764, it said in a filing to SGX after the market close on Friday.
Stamford Land
Stamford Land bought back 15,000 shares in the market at S$0.49 each for a total consideration, including other costs, of S$7,361, it said in a filing to SGX after the market close on Friday.
