Jardine Matheson and Jardine Strategic
JMH Investments, a wholly owned subsidiary of Jardine Matheson Holdings (JMH), bought 239,000 shares of Jardine Strategic Holdings (JSH) for US$37.0542 each, it said in a filing to SGX after the market close on Tuesday.
JMH is a subsidiary of JSH; JMHI will retain the JSH shares it purchased, the filing said.
JSH is required to maintain a free float of at least 15 percent, it said.
Sunpower Group
Sunpower Group bought back 698,000 shares in the market at S$0.405 to S$0.415 each for a total consideration, including other costs, of S$287,128, it said in a filing to SGX after the market close on Tuesday.
Bumitama Agri
Bumitama Agri bought back 92,800 shares in the market at S$0.7022 each for a total consideration, including other costs, of S$65,297, it said in a filing to SGX after the market close on Tuesday.
