These are Singapore companies which announced share buybacks on Monday, 21 January 2019:

Jardine Strategic and Jardine Matheson

JMH Investments, or JMHI, a wholly owned subsidiary of Jardine Matheson Holdings (JMH), acquired 618,500 ordinary shares of Jardine Strategic Holdings, or JSH, at US$36.855 to US$37.0033 each, it said in a filing to SGX on Monday.

JMH is a subsidiary of JSH, and JMHI will retain the JSH shares it purchased, the filing said. JSH is subject to a requirement to maintain a free float of at least 15 percent, it said.

Sunpower Group

Sunpower Group bought back 230,000 shares in the market at S$0.405 to S$0.41 each for a total consideration, including other costs, of S$93,722, it said in a filing to SGX after the market close on Monday.

Bumitama Agri

Bumitama Agri bought back 95,400 shares in the market at S$0.7032 each for a total consideration, including other costs, of S$67,222, it said in a filing to SGX after the market close on Monday.
